MATERIALS

100% Australian Merino Wool.

This garment involves several unique processes. Double jersey fabric is knitted on a 12-gauge knitting machine, which is then washed in hot water to create a semi-felted effect. Once completed, the fabric stabilises and won't shrink any further.

The merino wool in this garment is classed as superfine 19.5 microns, meaning the wool fibre is lofty and soft against your skin.

All the wool we source is 'RWS' Responsible Wool Standard certified. RWS is an industry tool that ensures progressive land management and upholds animal welfare standards.
Most importantly, RWS ensures the sheep are not mulsed.

MANUFACTURING

Each of our garments is carefully designed and made. We are dedicated to building long-term partnerships with trusted independent suppliers who share our values.

This piece is made with care at our fully-fashioned knitting mill located in the outskirts of Shanghai City, China. Each year, our Director of Production visits our team in China to verify that production quality and ethical practices consistently meet our stringent standards.

GARMENT CARE

Gentle Hand Wash using wool-friendly detergent in warm water. Dry by laying flat to avoid the weight of the wet garment pulling on itself.

Merino wool is naturally antibacterial and odour-resistant, so it doesn’t require washing after every wear. We recommend hanging your garments to air between wears instead.
